This is a simplified Ashtanga Yoga session (first serie but shorter version)—adapted to be accessible, yet still offering a challenge. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, this structured sequence will help you feel refreshed, aligned, and recharged. We focus on yoga as a methodical tool for physical and mental well-being, not as a spiritual practice.

✔️ 75-minute guided yoga session with Piotr
✔️ Semi-private room (only 9 persons can fit in the room)
✔️ Thoughtful modifications for all levels from the teacher
✔️ Emphasis on breath, alignment, and mindful movement
✔️ Tea and light snacks after the practice —stay to chat or head out feeling renewed
✔️ Connect with other Yogis
